Engagement Guidelines
Transparency is the cornerstone of trust. As I manage sensitive financial metrics, debt schedules, and proprietary operational data with the same rigour a commercial lender applies to a credit file, this policy provides total clarity on how I protect your information. It outlines my commitment to data security, compliance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), and the necessary protocols to ensure your financial architecture remains confidential and protected.
Proprietary Notice & Confidentiality
The Eidon Capital Readiness System — including its assessment methodology, financial architecture frameworks, and analytical tools — is the proprietary intellectual property of Eidon Practice System Inc. By participating in this intake process, you agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all Eidon-provided materials. These resources are licensed for your internal business use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without my express written consent.
Operational Standards and Communications
Practice Communication & Focus Standards
At Eidon, I treat time and focus as high-leverage assets — both mine and yours. When we work together, you receive 100% of my focus without external interruptions. I extend that same level of discipline to how I manage my operational cadence and client inquiries.
Email & Messaging Protocol
- Focused Processing Windows: Emails and messages are reviewed and processed twice daily — typically at 7:30 AM and 2:30 PM. This ensures deep-work blocks remain uninterrupted so I can deliver maximum financial performance and analysis for your business.
- Urgent Inquiries, Calls & Texts: You are always welcome to reach out via phone or text. However, if I am in a client session, deep analysis window, or strategic deep-dive, external communications are turned off. Calls will be returned during standard administrative windows.
Requesting Time & Meetings
- 15-Minute Tactical Syncs: To ensure our time together is high-impact and ruthlessly efficient, I do not take unscheduled drop-in calls.
- Pre-Meeting Context Required: If you need to align on a question or strategic point, please book a 15-minute slot through our scheduling link and provide your specific topic or question in advance. This allows me to review your financial data beforehand, arrive prepared with actionable answers, and respect your schedule.
Document Submission & Deliverable Standards
For security and data integrity, I do not accept sensitive financial documents via email. Clients must upload all files (tax returns, debt schedules, operating reports) to their secure, private Google Drive folder provided at onboarding.
How to Securely Submit Documents
- Access: Upon onboarding or by your request you will receive an email invitation to a shared Google Drive folder. Click the "Open" button in that email.
- Upload: Once in the folder, drag and drop your files from your computer into the browser window, or click the "+ New" button and select "File upload."
- Confirmation: A notification will appear in the bottom right corner when the upload is complete. No further action is required.
- Retrieving Deliverables: This same secure folder is where you will access your completed Capital Readiness Assessment Brief and other project deliverables. You will receive an email notification when new files are ready for your review.
Submission, Deadlines, & Client Responsibilities
- Intake Materials: All required Tier 1 data must be uploaded at least 48 business hours prior to your scheduled diagnostic session. Incomplete data will result in an automatic reschedule of our session.
- Financial Deadlines & Accountability: You are solely responsible for tracking your business's key financial and banking deadlines, covenants, and upcoming renewals. While I am committed to supporting you in meeting these, you must proactively inform me of these dates well in advance. Failure to notify me of critical deadlines may compromise my ability to assist you effectively.
- Deliverables & Project Timelines: For Tier 2 and ongoing engagements, project milestones are dependent on the timely receipt of client documentation. If information is not provided as requested, project deadlines may be extended or paused until the necessary data is received.
- Tier 1 Capital Readiness Assessment Brief: Deliverables are provided within 48 business hours following our 90-minute diagnostic session.
